We can help you contact the OEM factory with your warranty claim if needed, and offer free spare parts. Customer needs to cover the shipping. In that case, we can also help with shipping logistics; it takes about 1-3 weeks. We can also recommend EV after sales services in your country or you can use our partner EV service center in Prague.
    If you have chosen homologation and customs clearance and select door-to-door shipping, we will deliver the car to the address you provide.
