Hello,
I am interested in purchasing a Xiaomi YU7 and importing it to Peru. Before proceeding, I need clear answers (in writing) to the following questions, as they directly affect the logistics, charging compatibility, and legal import process.
1. Vehicle Specifications
What is the exact model and configuration you are offering (year, trim, battery capacity, drivetrain, voltage architecture)?
Does the vehicle come with the original Chinese charging ports (GB/T AC and GB/T DC)?
What is the on-board AC charger power (kW)?
What is the maximum DC fast-charging power the vehicle supports?
Is the vehicle covered by a factory warranty? Is the warranty valid outside China?
How many km is the car delivered with (0 km / brand-new)?
2. Charging Compatibility
Does the vehicle require GB/T → CCS2 DC adapter to use fast-charging stations outside China?
Do you supply this adapter? If yes:
What is the exact model?
What are its technical specs (max voltage, max current, certification)?
Do you guarantee compatibility with CCS2 infrastructure internationally?
Do you also provide a GB/T → Type 2 AC adapter for home charging?
Is there an option for a factory export version with CCS2 directly (no adapter)?
3. Export, Shipping & Delivery
What is the exact FOB price and what is included in FOB?
Can you provide a CIF quote to Port of Callao (Peru)?
Who handles export documentation, inspection, and customs preparation?
What is the estimated delivery time (production + shipping)?
What happens if delivery is delayed beyond your estimate?
Is the car shipped in a closed container or Ro-Ro?
Is the vehicle fully insured during transit?
4. Import & Homologation
Will you provide all documents required for Peruvian customs (SUNAT) and vehicle homologation (MTC)?
Can you provide the original technical sheet and VIN-related documentation?
Have you previously exported a Xiaomi YU7 (or other Xiaomi models) to South America?
5. Warranty, Service & Parts
How is warranty service handled for international buyers?
If there is a failure in battery, BMS, or high-voltage components, who is responsible?
How can replacement parts be ordered and shipped to Peru?
6. Payments & Contract
What payment methods do you accept (bank transfer, LC, escrow)?
Do you provide a formal purchase contract with all terms and conditions?
Are there any extra fees not included in the offer?
Please respond to all questions clearly and in writing. Once I receive your answers, I will proceed with the next steps.
Thank you,
Gonzalo Vega
