From this amount, the 45.3% tariff is applied. And yes, there are additional costs such as ground transportation, homologation, customs clearance handling, and VAT. Hello, thanks for question.  No, you would need to homologate it in Montenego. We can't help with that unfortunatelly, sorry for that. There is also possibility we ship it to EU, homologate in EU and ship to Montenegor, but it would mean it would go though customs twice so it make not much economical sense. You will pay VAT in Montenegro.
