I live in Australia and we have the steering wheel on the right side of the car as we drive on the left side of the road - I assume you have right side drive cars; in all the models?

Dear Riccardo, thank you for your question and interest. All imported vehicles must go through individual homologation. If we import them directly to Italy, you will need to arrange the homologation yourself. We offer this service, and it takes place in Prague. It is not important in which countries AVATR is already distributed for this process. Best, Tatiana

Dear Sirs, how this service work? When i order a car, may i still add some features as e.g. trailer tow hitch? How is it with customs clearance and homologation for Slovakia? You will complete do everything, so I can get a car, that i can just apply for car plates, and drive? How it is when I find something wrong with the car, something does not work? How to get this corrected? Do i need to return car back and I can get money back? Or do you have some service providers? What charging connector type is there? I can choose CCS2? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your question. If you have any special requirements for the car, please contact us via email.
We offer services such as homologation and customs clearance for EU countries, and if you choose them, we will provide all the necessary documents so that you can register the car in your country.
We can supply spare parts from China and also help establish contact with the dealer to provide online diagnostics. We can also recommend EV after-sales services in your country, or you can use our partner EV service center in Prague.
The car has a Chinese connector (GB/T). You will need an adapter, which can be purchased from us.

If you add the selected car (you also can select the trim) to your shopping cart, include the services you are interested in, such as homologation and customs clearance. Then, enter your address in the shopping cart and select your preferred shipping option. You will then see the final price. Please note that customs duty still needs to be added, which is 30,7% for AVATR. VAT depends on your country and whether you are a private individual or a company. If your company has a VAT ID,  you don’t pay VAT. If you need more detailed information, or if you have any specific requirements, please contact us via e-mail.

thank you for your question. We can deliver the vehicle to Switzerland.  But we are very sorry, we offer homologation and customs clearance only for EU countries.
