1. yes, it is right. EU tariff depens on the car brand and whether it is a BEV or PHEV. The duty can range from 10% to 45,3%. For PHEV it is 10%, while for BEV it depends on the brand, between 17,8% and 45,3%.
2. yes, you can choose colour of the car and interior.
