Can you confirm that the ‘EU Homologation’ offered here is not an EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA), but rather an Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) carried out in the Czech Republic (E8)? In other words, the 3.000$ is the cost of certifying each grey-imported Chinese car individually so that it can be registered in the EU?

Switzerland is not part of EU, do you also deliver ? Would it be possible to also get the "CH homologation" option ? AS well as the "CH Custom Clearance Handling" option ?

Are shipping cost including to send a byd seagull in greece; Furthermore is Byd's guarantee handled from local distributor "Sfakianakis Group"? What is the total cost in euro for a byd seagull 305km vitality with Eu homologation, eu custom clerance handling and european taxes and greek taxes. Hello, thank you for your question! If you add the selected car to your shopping cart, include the services you are interested in, such as homologation and customs clearance. Then, enter your address in the shopping cart and select your preferred shipping option. You will then see the final price. Please note that customs duty still needs to be added, which is 27% for BYD. VAT depends on your country and whether you are a private individual or a company. If your company has a VAT ID,  you don’t pay VAT.
Warranty: The OEM provides a factory warranty for three years or 100,000 km. We can help you contact the OEM factory with your warranty claim if needed, and offer free spare parts. Customer needs to cover the shipping. In that case, we can also help with shipping logistics; it takes about 1-3 weeks. We can also recommend EV after sales services in your country or you can use our partner EV service center in Prague.

thank you for your question. EU individual vehicle homologation doesn't adapt car, it homologate it as it is. We can deliver the adapter to you. It has a CN SIM, and you can connect the car to Wi-Fi, or you can set up a VPN in the car to make it work.

Thank you for your question. About insurance, there is a factory warranty for three years or 100,000 km. But it is only in China. So, if you have a problem, we can help you contact the factory to provide free spare parts. However, as the warranty is only in China, the customer needs to pay for the shipping of spare parts.
