We guarantee your EV is homologated for use in any EU country. The homologation procedure takes about two weeks, and you receive an IVA individual homologation certificate under Article 45 of 2018/858, with an E1*X mark. German homologation is suitable for countries where registration is difficult - Italy, Spain, and Bulgaria. 

We can also arrange EU export plates and insurance if you plan to pick up the vehicle and drive it home. 

The car must be physically present in Germany. The EU homologation certificate you receive is valid in every EU member state by law.

  • Hi, how looks like waranty in EU?

    Hello, thank you for the question. Warranty is Chinese. The OEM provides a factory warranty for three years or 100,000 km. We can assist you in contacting the OEM factory to submit your warranty claim, if necessary, to obtain free spare parts. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. In that case, we can also assist with shipping logistics, which typically takes 1-3 weeks. We can also recommend EV after-sales services in your country, or you can use our partner EV service centre in Prague. Best, Tatiana
